Today, I want to share three truths that have fundamentally changed my life. The whole point of my newsletter is to share light bulb moments I’ve had with you, and I hope you’re in the right time and place to receive them in a way that will change your life and yourself as drastically as they have changed me.

Knowledge is powerful. Knowledge can change us; when presented to us in the right way and at the right time, it can change us. Change is hard, but with the right knowledge at the right time, it can happen instantly. For example, when two molecules meet by chance in the right configuration, at the right time, and under the right circumstances, they react and then go on their path, forever changed. When knowledge is presented to us at the right time and in the right format, it can do the same for us. Have you had this experience before?
