  3. Setting and upholding clear boundaries.

  4. Paying attention and fulfilling your own needs.

  5. Asking others for help when necessary.

  6. Being honest with yourself.

Improving yourself isn't always easy, but when you seek out the information on how to do it, find the right support and commit to your journey, you will not only feel better about yourself but will also be better prepared for the challenges life will continue to surprise you with.
