In this article, I’m going to explore how people-pleasing has served us, why it’s okay to unlearn it, and how you can start to reclaim your true self. I want to speak to you about this because I know how heavy this realization can be, and I believe it’s time we start seeing people-pleasing for what it truly is—a response to what happened to us, not who we are.
