I share two habits that are easy to implement in your everyday life that will help you tremendously in recovering from people-pleasing, as they have done for me and many of my 1:1 clients. What I like about these two habits is that they solely depend on your own actions; no one else needs to cooperate to determine their success, making them great tools for all levels of recovering people-pleasers.
