Crying shows weakness. Or so many think. Most people, especially men, believe that crying is a sign of weakness. When crying actually improves your mental and emotional health. As crying is a healthy way to self-soothe. And having the tools to soothe your feelings actually makes it more likely for you to feel your feelings instead of pushing them down, which is extremely unhealthy. Because suppressing your feelings actually sits at the root of many cause long-term mental and even physical problems.

You need information. It's important to educate yourself. We all benefit from learning how to feel our feelings in healthy ways and how to release and soothe them. Gladly, you're in the right spot. Today, you can start your education and take an active role in improving your emotional health.
