Guilt is often regarded as a "bad” emotion. I would agree with that whenever I experience guilt. Feeling guilty truly doesn't feel good in any way. It causes me to worry, to overanalyze past events but also future events, and occasionally holds me back from communicating what I need to others.

But guilt isn't all that bad. There is a lot that guilt can tell us about ourselves. What if I could tell you that guilt may actually be a good thing? As it provides you with a great opportunity to assess your values, assess what you take responsibility for, and what limiting beliefs you're operating on that hold you back from living a healthier and more fulfilling life.
