Practicing self-compassion is about positive self-talk. Become aware of your thoughts and use positive affirmations to be kind to yourself. You can allow yourself to express your emotions by acknowledging them and feeling them. You don’t have to do this in front of others, but when you get home in the evening check in with your body and mind. 🧡
